Attach virtually any Windows document directly to a client or patient record. List all documents stored for a particular patient by selecting the new Documents tab on the patient form. Simply click on the desired document to view it from within its native application (MS Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and many others).

Auto Complete and Auto Capitalization

Fast and convenient, the auto-complete feature allows you and your staff to select and enter data with minimum keystrokes. When entering new records, the first letter of names and addresses are automatically capitalized for you.

ZIP Code Shortcuts

ZIP code fields are now placed before city and state. Once a ZIP code is entered, the appropriate city and state are displayed automatically.

Laptop Synchronization

Fast and powerful, this new option allows you to maintain your full AltaPoint program and data on a laptop computer.
Practice information, client and patient data, appointments and billing records can now be viewed and updated away from the office. Upon returning to the office, simply synchronize the AltaPoint data on your laptop with your office computer using a network connection. All changes are recorded on both your office computer and your laptop.

Direct Digital Camera and Scanner Interface

AltaPoint can now interface directly with most digital cameras and scanners. Using the standard Twain interface, images can now be acquired in a single point-and-click operation.
